How long does it take to receive my order?
Your package will be processed within 48 business hours after the purchase and shipped. If you purchased the rush order we will process your order within 24 business hours and ship! Once you place your order, you will get a free tracking code so you can track it until it reaches to your address!

How long does this limited time sale last?
Our sales are typically very short. With the high level of orders we’re currently experiencing, it’s likely that most sales will end sooner because of our limited supply.

How can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking info a few days after placing your order. If you can’t find it for any reason, simply email us support@hobbytron.com and we’ll send you a unique link.

Do you have a license to sell these products?
For sure! We own all the rights to produce, sell and ship all the products.

How can I learn about the product I'm buying? 
The majority of our products come with a product manual that will help you with anything that you need. Additionally, you can find videos of most of our toys on YouTube or on our website. If you need additional assistance don't hesitate to reach out to our very knowledgeable customer team!

We’re 100% confident in our products! It’s very rare for customers to be unsatisfied, but if you have any complaints at all please reach out to our customer service to rectify the situation. We want our customers happy!

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
