Tokyo Marui came out with the first High End Electric Pistol but with prices well over a $100 they just weren’t affordable for the average Airsofter. China has taken care of that problem and has come out with the first affordable High End Electric Pistol, the G-18 Electric Pistol from TSD. What makes this gun so great is that it shoots over 200 Feet Per Second which is comparable to most Green Gas Guns that cost a lot more and require the additional purchase of green gas. This gun looks and feels great and you can even change out the parts with Tokyo Marui parts.

When I was in Las Vegas helping out with the Showstoppers event (part of CES). I (for the first time) got to play with one of the gas blowback airsoft pistols. It was way cool. Yeah, i’m sure it seems that working here, all we do is play with toys.. eheh.. I wish. Seriously though, it has a realistic feel (weight-wise) and the blowback action of the pistol was cool. When playing in a skirmish with others, I personally recommend having as a side arm, a Gas Blowback Airsoft Pistol I’ll update this post when someone else is in the office and I can ask them which model I had. Hey, I’m not an all knowing gun guy, but I sure like to play one out on the field.

Update: The pistol I had was the Green Gas KWA G19 Pistol.

Last night we were featured on KSL newsradio’s Nightside Project radio show and we all had a blast! We talked about all the great father’s day gifts we have available. Michael made the point that dads have had enough socks and ties…it’s time to get something cool for dad. Ethan and Paul were even nice enough to let Michael take out some anger on them by making targets out of them with our green gas airsoft gun pistols!
