hi um can you please help me. my X8 exceed helicopter will not turn on but the little red light on the bottom does. and when i have the battrie charging aand pluged in at the same time as th copter is on then it will light up, but i can not make the wings move....WHY PLEASE HELP EMAIL ME AT the email i submitted in thx

I bought one, frame is good. RC commander is doing its job.
Lower white wheel is not centered well. This in combination with not perfect internal coaxial axis is causing very fast wearing of the lower white wheel rotor.
Now I am looking for a better quality axis and lower wheel of the rotor.
p.s. same has happened to two different helicopters. I had a shop here, first was replaced. I am not going to replace also that one because the average price/quality is OK, just looking for a way to resolve the problem.
p.s. If you do not have large open area to use this, take a smaller model.
