This is the Traxxas (TRA) #3740 2.5x31.5mm Pins with E-clips.

FEATURES:

Made of stainless steel
This is used to hold the front steering block (TRAC9036 #3636) to the castor block (TRAC9032 #3632) on the electric (not Nitro) Rustler. Also called the vertical kingpin.
