The SoundTracker Robot uses a simple sound sensor to detect sounds and obstacles. It will reverse away from the sound or obstruction, then race forward. To build this educational robot requires only basic hand tools (cutting pliers, small hammer, long nose pliers, and screwdriver).
The Soundtracker Kit contains detailed instructions and educational background information on each component used and why. The kit will teach the fundamentals of sensor technology and show you how it all fits together. You'll feel like an engineer when you're done!
Requires two AA batteries (not included). Recommended for ages 8+.
