they are both the same gun, TSD just puts their brand name on the box. I wouldn't rencemmod this gun though, the stock is impossible to tighten up, and the trigger mechanism is made of plastic. I bought one used for $40 and I'm glad that i didn't pay more. if your looking for a bolt rifle for this price try the echo 1 m28, or save yourself $100 and buy the agm aps2 typ 96. both are much better weapons
