First of all, the customer service is awesome, from the live chat to email.
I received a defective item. I would not go foward when you push the stick.
I chatted with live personnel and they advised I submit a RMA, which I did. I received an email stating these exact words:
"We apologize for the inconvenience; we will ship you out a replacement. You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as it ships. There is no need for you to send back the defective item.
"
How awesome is that. It saved me a trip to UPS and money I would have to spent to ship it back.
I received the replacement and this one works exactly like in the video. Fast enough for my little nephew.
