To iosif, I suppose this could be worn over the shoulder with it's strap but why bother? You really need your weapon out and ready for use in a game.
I bought one of these with my Cyma CM032A M14 to store it in and it's a good quality case. The zippered pouch will hold two magazines (velcro straps inside keeps them secure) and for the $$ think it's an excellent buy.
The description is a bit misleading with calling it PVC since it's really more of a padded fabric like the photo shows.
