The ReadySet needs only a few small steps for beginners to start flying. The slightly larger size of this 40-class trainer realizes excellent stability with calm, predictable control. And the Calmato ReadySet package means first time fliers can experience the freedom of flight the same day it is purchased. The fuselage is expertly covered in single color film for a high-quality finish and the engine and servos are also pre-installed. The proper 4-channel aircraft transmitter is also included. Simply join the left and right main wings and attach together with the tail wing, then connect and adjust the linkage rods to prep your plane for its first flight. Add fuel, batteries for the R/C system and engine starting tools (all sold separately) and you are ready to get airborne! The rudder is linked to the nose gear for free steering control while taxiing along the tarmac. Fire up the easy to start GX40 engine and feel your spirits lift as the Calmato takes off. Perfect performance characteristics for beginner fliers means the Calmato 40 will provide the ideal support for the development of your flying skills! The vertical fin is factory glued. The tail wing can be bolted onto the fuselage. The left and right sides of the main wing are joined by aluminum/veneer pins and wrapped in tape for completion. It is equipped with pre-shaped linkage rods and moving nose gear. With a mainly balsa-construction of the fuselage realizes lightweight and high rigidity and is covered in layers of single color film for a professional finish.
