All in all, I would have to say that this is a pretty awesome little RC helicopter for the price. I mean really, for $35 you get the copter AND the controller?!?! I wouldn't expect that this thing would be bullet proof for that price. That having been said, I've bounced this thing off of the floor, the ceiling, the walls, furniture, etc... and it's still flying just fine.
I would buy this again in a minute!
The only "negative" I can think of is that there seems to be an issue with the "speed" stick on the controller. It doesn't always just the helicopter rotor off unless I put a little pressure on the joy stick and kind of hold it down. I took the controller apart and used a dremel <sp?> to cut a notch to allow the joystick to travel further and that seemed to do the trick. Again, for $35, I didn't see this as anything more than "mass production" quality control issue. I'm sure if I sent the thing back, Hobbytron would send me a replacement controller or an entirely new set. Just not sure that it's that big of a deal yet. :)
