Ok since your a starter at air soft I recommend using military fatuigues that's what I use because I can't feel a thing when I get hit and you don't have to use a face mask I use safety glasses so use those and use boots and a hat oh and I use weight lifting gloves or gloves but that not a have to so good luck bro.

It's excellent for the price. It doesn't have good accuracy or range and the scope is to low to look past cross sites at the end of the gun but who needs to aim? :) The sight and attachments make the gun look sick and its a machine gun. All my friends that I play airsoft with saw the gun and were impressed with how cool it looks. Never mind that it's 200 fps. Final Summary: looks cool and is fun to shoot but don't expect to beat anyone who has a decent gun.

the O6A1 broke on me 3 weeks after i got it. i guess the motor was not aggusted right, but i had no screw on the pistol grip, but this gun looks better. and the 06A1 has the battery in the supposed to be military flash light. so it kinda sucks. but over all it was pretty good

Just curious. How well does the scope work? Also at the moment i have a little semi-auto purchased form wal-mart that I love. Would you recommend this as an upgrade for outdoor useage? I'm normally in the woods or near a river when playing and want something that has range but can still cause "damage" to the other players. Normal range is anywhere from 10 feet to 20 yards. This is the only gun that seems to be good and in my price range.

Gun seems OK right out of the box but this is my 1st one so nothing to compare to. It shoots OK but not overly straight & I doubt it will handle much abuse. Instructions are pretty weak. Does anybody know how long you are supposed to charge battery for? Does light go off on charger when it is full? Can you overcharge it?
