Reece - My kids (ages 11, 9, 7) loved it and found it easy to drive. It is quieter than i expected for a speed boat. construction is reasonably good for the price. The boat easily survived a few glancing blows during use (and could probably take much more).

Construction is reasonably good for the price. The boat easily survived a few glancing blows during use (and could probably take much more). I can't evaluate long-term durability yet.
I love the ducted propellers -- no prop to break.
Battery life is poor... probably 10 minutes.
The product description says this boat goes up to 31mph, but I doubt that (which is good for learning).
